This is a delayed update for Day 12 (Friday January 22nd 2010)…
Sorry for the lack of posting. The weekend has been a little hectic.
So Day 12 was a wash.
Apparently I haven’t been getting enough sleep because while I feel great during the days. More energetic than I have in weeks. It finally caught up to me Friday evening. Around 6pm I crashed on my bed while reading and didn’t wake back up until around 10ish. I had missed my workout and was starving. I decided to make Friday my free day and continue with Sculpt 1-2 on Saturday followed by Sweat 1-2 / Ab Ripper 100 on Sunday. No big deal.
I had nothing cooked and was looking for something to fill my night with since I had slept away part of the day. A friend and I went to Ale House to eat dinner (at around midnight!). Don’t worry. I ate pretty healthy. No soda or beer. Just water. A turkey burger on wheat with provolone, lettuce, and some mustard. And I swapped out my fries for a cesar side salad (maaaan that was hard).
