A Raspberry Delight

So let’s talk about how to end your workout on a high note with a simply delicious treat that is also good for your mucsles that you just wore out, perhaps at the “Xcellent Solutions Fun-Fit Boot Camp!”

For those of you who like raspberry, this might be the one for you!

Servings: 1

Prep time: 3 minuts

Ingredients

8 oz light, fat-free, sugar free vanilla yogurt

1 scoop  (about 24 grams of protein) vanilla protein powder (whey or soy)

1/2 cup fresh or frozen red raspberries

1 squeeze of lime juice

Sugar substitute, to taste

3 ice cubes

Directions

1. Spoon yogurt into blender.  Add protein powder and blend at low speed until smooth, about 30 sec.

2. Add raspberries, lime juice and sugar substitute.  Blend on medium speed until well mixed.  Add ice and blend on high speed until smooth.

3. Pour into a tall glass, and savor the experience!

This one is one of my favorites and I am not a big fan of raspberries either, so that says alot!  I hope you enjoy!  To your health.
